Chilling Rocks 冰石
Paragon冰石的設計，適合於各種尺寸的手沖咖啡。冰石的外殼採用金屬材質，內核是冷凍的高比熱液體，讓冰石的外層能夠長時間維持在低溫狀態。 
冰石在使用前，需要存放在冷凍庫中（低於零下五度）。取出使用時，建議於10分鐘內使用完畢，以保持最佳冷卻效果。
Paragon能夠有效保留住咖啡沖煮過程中，容易受熱揮發的香氣分子。Paragon冰石擁有五大特點，能讓沖煮者將萃取液體透過部分快速冷卻，達到保留最佳風味的效果。

內核填充高比熱液體，提供充足熱容量。相較於中空球體，或是填充純水的球體，更能恆久保持低溫。
獨特的圓球體造型，讓咖啡液體能夠滑順且均勻的通過。
球體直徑 40mm / 1.5inch，透過球體大表面積，有效快速冷卻咖啡液體。
球體表層鍍鈦，提升耐用度。
冰石材質：球體304食品級不銹鋼，外層鍍鈦，內核填充高密度液體


使用方式：
使用前石需要存放在冷凍庫中（低於零下五度）。
取出使用時，建議於10分鐘內使用完畢，以保持最佳冷卻效果。
開始沖煮前，將冰石置放再第二層架上，並對準濾紙的下方尖端處，讓咖啡液體能夠快速流過冰石後，繼續流向最下方的咖啡壺中。
根據測試經驗，只要讓沖煮的前段(20-30%)的咖啡液體通過冰石，即可明顯感受到風味提升，不一定要全程使用冰石冷卻。
使用完畢，記得將冰時稍微潤洗擦乾後，放回至冷凍庫喔。
