講座內容：
便利的掛耳包已成為大家喝咖啡的選項之一，特別是外出旅行露營時，模擬手沖的掛耳包雖已簡化手沖的難度，不過這當中仍有不少秘訣。
北歐盃咖啡烘焙大賽冠軍詹姆士將與大家分享，掛耳包的概念與組成，並實際教大家如何透過掛耳包沖出一杯好咖啡。現場還能自己動手做掛耳包，把自己調配的掛耳包帶回家。
